Not everyone sees it. But the ones who are fully in it — the ones who have given their
lives to this work — they feel it.
There's a difference between practicing chiropractic and living it.
Between adjusting spines and understanding what an adjustment actually means for a person's life.
Between running a practice and leading a movement.
That difference is what this gathering is about.

Three Days.
One Philosophy.
Each day builds on the last — from identity, to responsibility, to decision.
May 15th
The Calling
You didn't end up in chiropractic by accident. This day explores why you're here — and what this profession is actually asking of you.
May 16th
The Philosophy
How you show up in practice shapes more than you realize.
This day is about living the philosophy fully.
In every visit. In every conversation. In every decision you make.
May 17th
The Movement
Chiropractic is bigger than any one practice. This day lifts your eyes to where this profession is going — and the role you're being called to play in it.

There are chiropractors who are
looking for more information.
And there are those who know they
crucial for the
evolution and transformation of the planet.
This gathering is for the second group.
Chiropractors who feel the full impact of what an adjustment means
Those who know that Chiropractic are philosophy, not just a technique
Students who want to enter the profession grounded, not just trained
Practice owners who want to lead, not just manage
Anyone who believes chiropractic principle must be guarded
If something in you is already leaning toward this — that's worth paying attention to.
Forged in Purpose is a three-day gathering of chiropractors from across the profession — different analysis systems, different practices, different years in — who share one thing: a deep commitment to what chiropractic truly is.
You will hear from twelve voices who have made a decision. Not to wait for permission. Not to water down Chiropractic. But to stand fully in it, lead from it, and guard it for the next generation.
The conversations here don't happen at most seminars. This is chiropractic as philosophy, as responsibility, as calling.

"In chiropractic we don't just work on backs so people can feel better… It's a core value that we believe people who experience life through a healthy nerve system change the
world for the better"
— Daniel knowles d.c.

Dr. Daniel
Knowles
Founder, Mile High Chiro
Movement

Dr. Danny has been practicing, teaching, and building within chiropractic for nearly three decades. He founded the Mile High Chiropractic Movement, the Lifetime Wellness Practice coaching platform, and has delivered hundreds of presentations on chiropractic philosophy to chiropractors and their teams around the world.
He is deeply rooted in the founding principles of chiropractic — the belief that health is an expression of the Innate wisdom of the body, and that protecting the integrity of this profession is the responsibility of every person in it.
Danny serves as International Director of NetworkSpinal trainings through EpiEnergetics. He has served on the Board of Trustees at Sherman College of Chiropractic, and is the recipient of their Distinguished Service Award, the Spirit of Sherman Award, and their Chiropractor of the Year award.
He brings all of it to this gathering — not as credentials, but as context. He has lived this profession long enough to know what it is when it's practiced with full intention, and what it costs when it isn't.

For the past year, we have been gathering voices from across the profession — chiropractors of every background
and approach who are committed to the principles this work was built on.
Those voices are being documented. Thirty-three of them. One book. Twelve of those voices will speak at this gathering.
When you hear them, you will understand why this work matters — and why now is not the time to play small with it.

This gathering is offered openly to the chiropractic community.
Mile High stands alongside organizations that are committed to preserving and advancing the principles of this profession.
The International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO) continues to play a role in supporting chiropractic grounded in its original philosophy — including the adjustment, the subluxation, and the expression of life.
This alignment reflects a shared commitment to the foundation, direction, and future of chiropractic.

MILE HIGH 2026
August 20-23, 2026
Every year, chiropractors come together in person for Mile High. Not to hear talks. Not to collect CEUs. To experience what happens when a room full of people who are fully committed to this profession gather in one place.
You will hear more about it across these three days. Not as a pitch — as an invitation.
If something in you is already pulling toward that room… trust it.
